a) External resources, including operators (previously README.md with kubectl apply)
b) Helm is as Helm (or Kustomize) in ArgoCD https://argo-cd.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user-guide/helm/ / #59
c) just yaml can be just yaml, but included in ArgoCD
Did tens of these myself already, please help, especially where already familiar with components.
