Apps must be updatable: referencing Helm/Kustomize, where version can be bumped.
This is in preparation of #22 (comment) This issue's bounty does not require auto-updates to actually work — not all issues in Argospaces.
No orphaned resources in the app/namespace. If the resource is auto-generated and there is no data-loss in regeneration, it may be left orphaned, but documented.
