Depends on k-space/kube#37

  • Brown switch on doors: turn off all lights (optionally warn with 4s off - 20s on - when not touched, off)
  • Doorbell: Blink the lights
  • If no activity on doors (/cameras) for n period and time is 4am, turn off all lights.
  • Double click lights to open all outside doors

Possibly Node-RED or Home-Assitant. A finite state machine would be superb.
