'There will be price rises' was announced in Slack, following https://wiki.k-space.ee/en/about/meetings/2024-04

Verdict:
Increase prices from september:
29 -> 39
59 -> 79
99 -> 139

..which is easy to-do, but around ⅓ of packages are custom mix-match multi-person

What will be the new prices, negotiations (ErkiN, Arit)
Send a personalized announcement to e-mail to everybody
- Your new price will be, refer to meeting result
- Something about what all k-space offers.
- Point where to cancel, or just refer to https://wiki.k-space.ee/en/about/membership
- Send mail out at least 30 days before price rise. This due date has already been missed, there is 0 progress on this issue.
Confirm terminating and terminate access to people who haven't paid a very long time (and) haven't been/used k-space in a while.

Possibly very helpful before the price rises would have been Membership CRM, but as both this and MCRM are overdue, adding and acting on the already existing plain text notes (by Rasmus, updated in february, sent to Erki and Arti).

If we defer the price rise for longer, how long will we be able to keep up? Is it good to bundle it with later VAT rise as well? How much do we have non-IT-sector? Will this drive the boat to a corner where (with high revenue number) expenses explode, and raising prices wouldn't help? There are no reliable 'angel investor' wallets for four-figure monthly burn.

When sending out announcements, please add a clause to agree to SEPA direct debit to allow LHV Connect to auto-collect moneys (no püsikorraldus needed, just submit a checkbox on-file to agree).
