This, but horizontal (in the style of ruler) with arrows going to floor plan. The contours of floorplan could have images of the rooms inside them (for online use as well). Post it to entrances, on the edges of corridors.

Include a notice of 'Items in K-SPACE must be tracked in k6.ee with a sticker: <yellow-black k6.ee/1234>', refer to https://wiki.k-space.ee/en/about/inventory
