Prepare an info package on website or wiki in the style of https://kultuurikatel.ee/ruumid/: Hosting your event: Pics of rooms, capacity, conditions (during chaostreff especially means other people can and will walk through it), kirves public pricing, equipment in sections: streaming, laptops, retro, counts of items, pizzakiosk deal, availability of k-space management people to be present on setup/event/etc (and pricing). Everything will ofc lead to contact us, so pricing could possibly be excluded. Make it abundantly clear, that k-space in reality has 0 people behind it: You can't put in orders (for machining in workshop), there is currently not much interest in making 'the customer' happy. There have been mails which assume the opposite highlighting the infogap.
