More accurate last_seen handling #1

Currently last_seen attribute is updated during reconnect. Clients can be connected for long periods of time without indication that they're connected.

Explore other options for having more accurate value:

  • Scrape status file or management interface of OpenVPN / StrongSwan
  • Running scripts during rekey seems to be not supported?
