  • Vending/Snäkimasin: Lukk vahetada. Uusi võtmeid kokku 3, võimalusel seerianumbriga.

  • Workshop/Puidutöökoda: Lukk vahetada. Uusi võtmeid kokku 3, võimalusel seerianumbriga.

  • Workshop/Puidutöökoja kõrval on roheline Kummut 87. 0 võtit, lukk läbi puurida ja asendada. uusi võtmeid kokku 2.

  • Postkasti võti üks koopia juurde.

  • Kapp 95 lukk (sõltuvalt sees punasest plastikust) ei lukustu. Korda teha või lukk vahetada (uusi võtmeid kokku 2).

  • Kõik teised (võtmeta) sildid teha üks koopia juurde. Originaalid kappide ees. Kappide ette jätta koopiad.

Serveriruum
Praegune lukk on Abloy UA55SS, sertifikaat ErkiN seifis, saadetud Rasmusele pilt.

Lukk vahetada, uus lukk peaks olema samuti koopiakaitsega. Uusi võtmeid kokku 10, võimalusel seerianumbriga.

(Siseinfo) võtmete seeriad sisse kanda inventory.k-space.ee. Kätte andmine allkirja vastu ja nimi siduda inventorysse. Lepingu sisus mainida ära luku ja võtmete vahetamise katmine (ära märkida 2024 hinnanguline summa) + vastutus ruumi avamisel serveriruumi ees. Võtmed saavad: ErkiN (sertifikaat tema seifi), [redacted for todo]. Varu/lisa ei tee! Nimed eelmiste kasutajate, legal liikmete, sagedaste/lähedal kohalkäijate põhjal.

Done:

  • Server room lock swapped. New lock came with 3 keys and additional 7 keys were created so total 10 exists now. People on #server-room Slack channel were notified. Added stickit note on the door informing about the change with my phone number.
  • Workshop lock was swapped. New lock has 5 keys and I put them to key locker. People on #workshop Slack channel were instructed to use keyfobs from now on. Added stickit note on the door informing about the change with my phone number.
  • Mailbox has now two keys, tested replica, confirmed it works and put both keys to key locker
  • Shower room on 4th floor has now two keys, tested replica, confirmed it works and put both keys to key locker
  • Several lockers had functioning key replicas, put one of the replicas to key locker and other one to locker door
  • Locker 95 with flaky lock was not flaky, no action.

WIP:

  • Several lockers had nonfunctioning replica key, going to send em back
  • Vending machine lock went to workshop with the locksmith, going to return tomorrow
  • Green cabinet next to workshop lock core
  • Server room liability signatures: writing document + sending and collecting digital signatures.

2*104€ for on-location calls

  • 318.42€ for server room (1 swap would be at least 450€)
  • 86.4€ for workshop
  • 121.3€ for everything else (12x), afaik vending machine swap failed / is not included.
