2025-01-19: composed text sitting nex to @arti, sent out e-mails.
2025-03-06: sent DMs on Slack asking for any uncomfortabilities for why no reply
2025-03-28: sent e-mail once again (5 persons)
2025-05-25: Bunch of calls and reminder mails. 1 returned key, 1 new with OK signed, 1 old waiting on return/sign
2025-07-15: due date for last person to return or sign
