Ottersauger & Otterfilter builds (soldering minivacuums)

K-SPACE has agreed to pay for one set, Rasmus has agreed to pay for two sets. Building say five at once might be a good idea.

Compared to #84, this is a nice-to-have and not essential / more of a personal project.

as briefly mentioned in slack: from what I've read, carbon sheets wear through quickly & don't do very much - it'd be better to redesign the filter interior to house a carbon pellet reservoir instead.
I could crack open CAD and take a quick look soon-ish
