Right now offboarding strips all rights of all services. Universities used to do it, but now limited by MS or GSuite per user limits or pricing.

Should k-space take on the cost which is otherwise done by having your own domain and hosting? Who is manning the administration and upkeep? Should this be a separate small-scoped MTÜ? Where does the funding come from (could 4€/yr, prepaid 10 years work)?

  • Having a fully separate domain for this is probably best, maybe .eu.
  • Single e-mail address (no aliases). Not sure if it should be receive-only, or if it should even have an inbox (vs forward-only). The purpose would be a canonical address that doesn't "ever" change. Similar to @eesti.ee addresses. Not sure
  • 100M or 1G of web host (foo.eu/~rasmus/)

Web is probably easy to do, e-mail will likely get complaints.
