Getting people signed up to something, so they remember K-SPACE exists. Keeping them in the hook for what's happening, and connecting leads.

Problems:

  • Slack has limits on non-single-channel guests.
  • Recurring multiple occurrences of persons with no membership heating up the discussion, especially on topics regarding K-SPACE (management, what-how-who). Leading to hours of cleanup, bullying, burnout on the management side (again, time and time again).

Many have cited the communication network on Slack being a major benefit to the membership. Should it be freely available, cautionly gated (on what rules and grounds, who moderates?), or with all memberships? Slack-only membership?
