  • Buy or Design-Manufacture the hangers
  • Holes in the wall, mounting the hangers
  • Labeling the hangers:
    • Power: UPS / more UPS / wall socket / other (ungrounded 2-prong, laptop PSU) / more other
    • Display: HDMI / VGA / DVI / DP et al. / more other
    • Network: 3-4 hangers?
    • ? USB (maybe make the place a cable depot, freeing cupboards)

Location: Initially right of k6/0057. Mount them so they can be expanded leftwards while moving the awards to 1 row near the ceiling / leaving space for a shelf.

Expect the hangers to bear significant weight. I think carousels aren't a good idea, instead straight-style https://www.printables.com/model/71881-usb-cable-hanger. If choosing straight ones, Mount them angling up, so the cables don't drop from the hanger on their own.

Hangers in the existing style (in server room, and k6/0059 take more space and are harder to fetch the cable needed (see the length, matching ends, actually taking it).

For a custom design, maybe a carabiner flat carousel. The cables are hanged from the tips, like straight-style, but can be moved indefinitely in an ellipse (centre part extends up to attach to construction). To take out the cable, you bring it forward, and open the in-line carabiner.
