Limiting persons with key & encouraging higher € membership (for likely net costly members). Access (without guarantees) during Chaostreff would remain.
Figure out how tours work. For 2-3 people on one side of the room, and 20-30 circling around.

Locking racks doesn't seem that feasible with the floor load limits, doors (small space) + the locks-keys.

Possibly isolate racks 4 and 5 with doors / cage? Multiple potential hosters, including companies, are concerned with physical access controls, especially tours. Yet tours drive interest in a major capacity, it's a highlight.
