Industrial robots: new home for EoL #164

https://jupiter.err.ee/1609624654/mis-varvi-on-majandus: Saku Metall, at least at the time of making was looking for buyers for their industrial robots (example: welding arm from 2004). The main hurdle mentioned was ease of operation — closed ecosystem / hard to program.

  1. Would K-SPACE be interested in industrial robots with an actual, real use? Perhaps better quality output?
  2. Where do we put them? What sizes of robots are fully out of scope for the current building?
  3. First lead, what are the problems-reasons for the previous owner for liquidating? If being unable to upload a CAD file is a problem, maybe it is already worth it to manually control the robot (vs shaky hands and measurements).
  4. Who are pulled in to pick up interest for K-SPACE because of that.
