See https://k-space-ee.slack.com/archives/GQXDLP936/p1747388960211209 (listed in https://wiki.k-space.ee/en/about/membership). The main selling point to get people in seems to be the price: get plenty of breathing room without worrying for a mostly non-prod system.

When should general membership be included? On one hand, it's possibly eating extra cost (unbilled benefits); on the other hand might get people involved, interested, and talking to each other. Back to the idea of social server hosting.
