Public announcements were very late. Food situation was bad compared to last year. First day started slow, but evening was good vibe with a few faces and tasks what normally don't happen. No new faces really. Second day got things done, with a few less people and a bit more exhausting. Two key people didn't come.

Most planned got done, or had significant progress. Sadly, all hardware for the scheduled PVE downtime didn't arrive in time. Can call it a success, but not as intense, as some previous years where 5 people per hour were coming through, the room was full, and 10-20 projects concurrently.
