- cancelKeepOpenDoor() closes the door when /allowed returns null
- background goroutine polls /allowed every 15s (KDOORPI_ALLOWED_POLL_INTERVAL)
- keepDoorOpenLock mutex guards shared hold state
- skip timer rebuild when the hold is unchanged (anti-thrash)
